CANINES: Overlook Dog Park (www.overlookdogpark.org) will present a discussion of canine communication and dog park safety at 7 p.m. June 24 at the Manheim Township municipal building, 1840 Municipal Drive, Manheim.

The presentation is free to the public and will be moderated by Ray Lee, dog behavioral therapist and trainer, and owner of Bark Busters of Lancaster County.

OPEN HOUSE: Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, 204 N. Prince St., will hold an open house from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. June 25.

Participants will meet faculty and students, tour the all-new Design Center and see artwork by PCA&D; students.

They also will learn about financial aid, housing options, and the college’s pre-college offerings for high school students.

The application fee will be waived if anyone applies during the open house.

CELTIC FLING: The Celtic Fling and Highland Games will be held June 25-27 on the grounds of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, 2775 Lebanon Road, Manheim.

On June 25, the concert gates open at 6 p.m., and the music will continue through 10 p.m. Tickets are $19.95.

Festivities on June 26-27 will begin at 11 a.m
