Test proof of warming

Test proof of warming

Deseret News (Salt Lake City), Dec 14, 2009

Ironically, W.L. Haynes could’ve been speaking for prominent 19th- century British scientist John Tyndall when he wrote that it’s “long overdue for all the king’s scientists and all the king’s men” to produce a laboratory experiment that demonstrates the role carbon dioxide plays in warming the planet (Readers’ Forum, Dec. 11).

Tyndall demonstrated exactly that on June 10, 1859, at the Royal Institution in London — with Prince Albert on hand. Tyndall showed that a gas produced when coal is burned, carbon dioxide, was a formidable barrier to radiant heat

You bring a number of people

You bring a number of people over to your place and have them sample a variety of beers. At the end of the evening the beers are ranked from best to worst. There are many variations you can do on this such as having friendly wagers on what beer you think will come in first. Of course gambling for money is illegal so the wagers would have to be for something other than.

It’s best, when having a beer tasting party, to have a small group. The reason for this is simple. With a small group, the tasting party is just that, a tasting party. With a larger group, it tends to become a party, period. And parties with large groups can become quite rowdy. So if you want a serious tasting party, keep it small.

The next thing is the selection of the beers themselves. How do you go about doing this? A good tasting party will have about eight to ten different kinds of beers, all very distinct in taste.

49 killed as trains collide at station

49 killed as trains collide at station

0 Comments | Evening Times; Glasgow (UK), Jul 19, 2010

INDIA: A speeding express train has struck a passenger train at a station in eastern India, killing at least 49 people.

The crash happened when the Uttarbanga Express hit the Bananchal Express as it left the platform at Sainthia station, about 125 miles north of Calcutta.

The collision destroyed two passenger cars and a luggage car.

The passenger carriages were reserved for those on the cheapest tickets and such carriages are usually packed to capacity.

The force of the crash was so intense the roof of one carriage landed on an overpass above the tracks.

Local residents climbing through the debris searching for survivors were later joined by rescue workers using heavy equipment to cut through the metal.

Rescuers recovered 49 bodies from the crash site and about 100 other people were injured.

You can expect to fail without

You can expect to fail without a plan. Don?t let this happen to you. Failure to plan is the same thing as planning to fail.

7. Be courageous: Anticipate extremely complex situations that, of course, need bold actions. Accept that nothing great gets accomplished without risk. Be willing to put yourself out there and take some risk.

8. Accept challenges: When growth is the objective, challenges, both known and unforeseen, are inevitable. Face them, and as you move forward you will grow in confidence to face more of them.

9. Be patient: This is one greatest character a CEO possesses. Patience always pays off in the long run. Losing your cool at any stage, especially at the threshold of victory, will see your years of effort going right down the drain.

10.Sense Victory: Sensing victory beforehand is crucially essential. The awareness that you have come close to victory will often decide whether you make it or not. Without being able to sense victory, you may not notice the last step you probably have to take.

Tory Party agrees to forfeit gift

Tory Party agrees to forfeit gift

0 Comments | Herald, The; Glasgow (UK), Jul 29, 2010

The Conservative Party has agreed to forfeit a pound(s)2500 donation it received from an individual who was not on the UK electoral register.

The money was donated to Conservatives in Rother Valley, South Yorkshire, last November by a Mohammed Nabi, said the Electoral Commission.

Legislation requires parties to check donors are registered as voters, making Nabi’s gift impermissible, said the Commission.

The party agreed voluntarily to forfeit the money.

A Conservative Party spokesman said: “This was a clerical error by the Rother Valley Association, which has voluntarily forfeited the full amount of the donation to the Electoral Commission.”

Emoto did a series of studies

Emoto did a series of studies where pictures of tap water were taken before and after people held positive or negative intentions. Water that received thoughts of love or gratitude morphed into beautiful crystalline structures. Taping the words “thank you” or “you fool” also resulted in two radically different jars of water structures, demonstrating the positive affect of thought on water.

See the pictures for yourself. It’s remarkable. http://www.spiritofmaat.com/archive/nov1/cwater.htm. The interview goes into more detail about his findings, and substantiates the effects of intention.

As paraphrased from “What the BLEEP do we Know?”, “If our thoughts can do this to water, imagine what the impact of thoughts are on our lives.” We are 70% water.

Maximizing the Power of Intention: If you would like to increase the effectiveness of intention in your life, the tips below offer some guidance.

Bal Harbour, Florida, Continues to Move Forward on Green Initiative With Ethos FR(R)

Bal Harbour, Florida, Continues to Move Forward on Green Initiative With Ethos FR(R)

Market Wire, September, 2008

Ethos Environmental, Inc. (OTCBB: ETEV), a
San Diego-based company, announced that Bal Harbour, Florida has agreed to
continue to move forward with their “green” initiative by testing Ethos
Fuel Reformulator in all city vehicles. Bal Harbour started with a
preliminary demonstration of Ethos Fuel Reformulator on a selected number
of vehicles during April and May of this year. This testing resulted in a
12.6% improvement in fuel economy and a 34% reduction in harmful emissions
with the use of Ethos FR. Based on those results, Bal Harbour has agreed
to a continuation of their testing of Ethos FR in all city vehicles and
truck fleet for another four months.

With city officials’ concern over rising fuel costs and the damaging
effects of pollution on the environment, Bal Harbour officials met with
Walter Branch of EnviroSafe Enterprises, a distributor of Ethos
Environmental East, to help ensure that Bal Harbour would not only continue
to be part of the growing green movement, but would remain an
economically-conscious city

Stretch your hands up as

Stretch your hands up as far as you can and extend your torso. Feel your
body lengthening. Keep your arms over your head and sit up slowly. Bend forward at
the waist and try to grab your toes. Hold this forward bend for twenty seconds. Slowly lift up and lie on your back again. Bring your knees to your chest and wrap
your arms around your knees, grabbing opposite forearms, or elbows if you can. Put
your chin to your chest. Hold for twenty seconds. You?ve just given yourself a
morning massage?for your muscles and your organs. NOW?it is time to get up.
